Setup your Email Client
Outlook Express & Microsoft Outlook 2000 (or older Windows)
Open the email program
Select Tools and then Accounts
From the right, select Add, then Mail
Under Display Name enter the name you wish to appear when others receive email from you (eg. John Doe), then click Next
Next, enter your email address: username@yourdomainname and click Next
Select the incoming mail server as POP3 and enter the incoming (POP3) server mail.ultraserve.com.au
Select the outgoing mail server (SMTP) and enter your local ISP mail server
click Next
Enter your username and password, click Next then click Finish
Microsoft Outlook 2002 (and newer Windows)
Open Microsoft Outlook
Select Tools and then E-mail Accounts
Select Add a new e-mail account and click Next
Select POP3, then click Next
Under User Information enter the name you wish it to appear when others receive email from you (eg. John Doe) and your e-mail address: username@yourdomainname and click Next
Select the incoming mail server as POP3 and enter the incoming (POP3) server mail.ultraserve.com.au
Select the outgoing mail server (SMTP) and enter your local ISP mail server
Under Login Information enter your username and password, then click Next,then click Finish
Outlook Express (Mac OS X)
Open Outlook Express
Select Tools and then Accounts
Ensure the Mail tab is selected and click New
Under Display Name enter the name you wish it to appear when others receive email from you (eg. John Doe), then click Next
Next, enter your email address: username@yourdomainname and click Next
Select the incoming mail server as POP3 and enter the incoming (POP3) server mail.ultraserve.com.au
Select the outgoing mail server (SMTP) and enter your local ISP mail server
Click Next.
Enter your username and password, click Next.
Enter an account name for this email account and click Finish.
