Setup your Email Client

Outlook Express & Microsoft Outlook 2000 (or older Windows)
  • Open the email program
  • Select Tools and then Accounts
  • From the right, select Add, then Mail
  • Under Display Name enter the name you wish to appear when others receive email from you (eg. John Doe), then click Next
  • Next, enter your email address: username@yourdomainname and click Next
  • Select the incoming mail server as POP3 and enter the incoming (POP3) server mail.ultraserve.com.au
  • Select the outgoing mail server (SMTP) and enter your local ISP mail server
  • click Next
  • Enter your username and password, click Next then click Finish

  • Microsoft Outlook 2002 (and newer Windows)
  • Open Microsoft Outlook
  • Select Tools and then E-mail Accounts
  • Select Add a new e-mail account and click Next
  • Select POP3, then click Next
  • Under User Information enter the name you wish it to appear when others receive email from you (eg. John Doe) and your e-mail address: username@yourdomainname and click Next
  • Select the incoming mail server as POP3 and enter the incoming (POP3) server mail.ultraserve.com.au
  • Select the outgoing mail server (SMTP) and enter your local ISP mail server
  • Under Login Information enter your username and password, then click Next,then click Finish

  • Outlook Express (Mac OS X)
  • Open Outlook Express
  • Select Tools and then Accounts
  • Ensure the Mail tab is selected and click New
  • Under Display Name enter the name you wish it to appear when others receive email from you (eg. John Doe), then click Next
  • Next, enter your email address: username@yourdomainname and click Next
  • Select the incoming mail server as POP3 and enter the incoming (POP3) server mail.ultraserve.com.au
  • Select the outgoing mail server (SMTP) and enter your local ISP mail server
  • Click Next.
  • Enter your username and password, click Next.
  • Enter an account name for this email account and click Finish.
