Remote Reboot

This service allows clients, who have Dedicated Hosting with Ultra Serve to power cycle their server which will cause their server to reboot.

• Login to MyUltraserve
• Click on "My Services" to expand out the selection
• Click on "Remote Reboot Control" to expand out the selection
• Click on Port Control and select your server from the drop down menu and click "next"
• You will then need to enter a reason for the reboot, and also select the type of power cycle:
• Immediate ON
• Immediate OFF
• Reboot Immediate
• Once you select "confirm" the command will then be sent to the Remote Reboot device

Please note that it may take several minutes for your machine to come back online. If you are still unable to connect after a reasonable amount of time, please contact support
