Invoice Terms

All payment terms are 14-days except where noted.

When signing up, you are asked to choose a billing cycle - monthly or yearly. Your credit card will be charged each cycle and your account will be automatically renewed each billing cycle unless we receive notice from you in writing that you wish to cancel.

All customers are sent a tax invoice, regardless of payment method.

Ultra Serve reserves the right to disconnect your services and hold all information of the client until the outstanding invoices are paid in full.
