Remote Hands involves the most basic activities of an on-site technician, performed with "eyes", "ears", and "fingers" but without the involvement of specialist software or hardware knowledge.
Pre-arranged Remote Hands
9am - 5pm AU$88 / hour
5pm - 9am AU$180 / hour
15 Minute increments with 30 Min minimum and 48 hours notice
Emergency Remote Hands
9am to 5pm Monday to Friday AU$110 / hour
5pm to 9am Monday to Friday & Weekends AU$220 / hour
30 Minute increments
