  • Samuel Yeats

    Chief Executive Officer

    Samuel is a driven entrepreneur who started in the IT industry at an early age, when he was already well on his way to harnessing a unique blend of visionary and entrepreneurial spirit.

    Since those critical early beginnings, Samuel has built a company that has grown with its customers from small to very established players in all their various sectors, be this online commerce, finance or sport. He is passionate about helping system integrators become more profitable and evolving business structures to incorporate more robust and stable revenue recurring models.

    As the founder and CEO of Ultra Serve, Samuel has a wealth of IT and business experience and an innate ability to nurture and sustain successful businesses.

    Samuel’s own experience in building and developing an organisation from humble beginnings to what is now a thriving, national challenger brand, positions him as a credible IT thought leader whose success validates his leadership and his deep knowledge of the broader virtualisation ecosystem.

  • Ryan Randell

    Operations Manager

    Working on the frontline with Ultra Serve, Ryan has proven communication skills and an analytical mind, and drives performance measures to achieve business results.

    Ryan joined the Ultra Serve team in 2007, as Operations Team Leader, before climbing the ranks to Systems and Process Manager in February 2010 before taking a sabbatical to travel throughout UK and Europe resuming as the Operations Manager in October 2010. Prior to this, he spent two years as a Client Services Officer with Dunmore Lang College Limited.

    Ryan is undertaking a Postgraduate Diploma of Applied Economics and holds a Bachelor of e-Business majoring in Management, from Macquarie University in Sydney. He is also an A+ Certified Professional IT Technician. 

  • Ethan Williams

    Project Implementation Manager

    Ethan has over a decade of information technology experience at multi-national companies and a wealth of knowledge in project management. He has strong leadership capabilities and has provided invaluable management support to a number of leading companies.

    Prior to joining Ultra Serve, Ethan worked as an IT Infrastructure Project Manager for contracting firm Leighton Contractors and a Project Coordinator at leading diversified manufacturing company CSR Limited. Earlier in his career, he spent four years with Roche Products as a technician then a Service Centre Team Leader, prior to which he was a Microsoft Technical Support Mentor for Datacom.

    Ethan is has completed his Graduate Certificate in Project Management and is currently completing a Masters of Project Management through Charles Sturt University. He also holds a Kepner Tregoe Project Management qualification and is a Microsoft Certified Professional. 

  • Andrew Smith

    R & D Manager

    Andrew is widely recognised as a pioneer in the Cloud Computing industry. He is a highly technical, business-focused manager with over 10 year’s enterprise management experience and a record of accomplishment in leading successful projects and managing developers.

    Prior to joining Ultra Serve in October 2010, Andrew drove rapid development at News Corporation as Lead PHP Developer at News Digital Media. He has also held positions including Director of graphic design company Creative Studios, Linux systems engineer, website developer for Samsung and was a founder of a groundbreaking digital music format as Director of MP3 Australia.

    Andrew holds a Bachelor of Technology majoring in IT Support from the University of Western Sydney, a Certificate in PC Hardware & Engineering and a Certificate in Local Area Network management from TAFE. He has also holds a Certificate in Agile Project Management and is a certified Zend Framework Developer. 

  • Peter Kensey

    Sales Manager

    After an extensive search, UltraServe appointed Peter Kensey as Sales Manager in 2012.

    Samuel Yeats, CEO, says, “We took our time to find the right sales leader who could support our fast growing business and help expand our footprint across Australia”. “Our commitment to our customers has seen the business continue to grow over 40% year on year, so it was extremely important we found the right person to continue this momentum. Peter is technology savvy, particularly in the areas of cloud, storage and managed services, and his ability to work with both direct and indirect models is a great fit with our business.”

    Peter brings with him 20 years ICT industry experience and knows the local and international markets intimately having worked in key business development roles with organisations such as Hostworks, Fujistu, Kaz, Hitachi Data Systems, EMC and Telstra.

    Peter is a respected industry leader with extensive General Manager/Sales Director experience building and driving, revenue and profit across different sectors of the IT & T industry. This has been from ‘start up’ to multinational global tier 1 players with a range of internal cultures across the broad geographical region of cultures in Asia Pacific.

    Acknowledged as a “change agent”, presided over changes in the method and sales philosophy, he is experienced at transitioning the sales force mentality from a ‘product’ to a ‘solutions’ offering. Peter has a reputation for building high performance sales cultures of transparency, collaboration, accountability and unity. Peter has a successful track record of working with Direct and Indirect models effectively working with varying sizes of Partners and Channels across the region.

  • Cindy Kirksmith

    Financial Controller

    Cindy has over 17 years of extensive experience in managing multimillion dollar operations. She is accomplished in developing financial strategies that enhance organisational growth and maximise sustainability. Her expertise includes design of short and long term financial plans, investment management, financial problem solving, corrective action plan implementation, and compliance.

     As Financial Controller, Cindy is responsible for, budgeting, business continuity planning, and administrative oversight.  In addition, she has responsibility for the management and oversight of Payroll, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Financial Accounting and Management Accounting. She is responsible for providing cashflow analysis, financial support and guidance to the CEO.

     Prior to joining Ultra Serve in 2011, Cindy was the Financial Controller for The Complete Campsite. Before this position, Cindy was Senior Accountant for NSCCAH Health and Finance Manager for Becker Underwood. Cindy started her career with Albany International in which she held several positions including the position of Senior Accountant. Cindy has a solid track record in finance and organisational leadership and has been successful in working with companies ranging from privately held start ups to mature, publicly held entities with worldwide revenues in excess of $500 million.

     Cindy holds a Bachelor of Business majoring in Accounting and is a Certified Practicing Accountant.
