Remote Hands Service

Remote Hands involves the most basic activities of an on-site technician, performed with "eyes", "ears", and "fingers" but without the involvement of specialist software or hardware knowledge.

Remote Hands

9am - 5pm Mon-Fri AU$120 / hour + GST
5pm - 9am Sat-Sun and Public holidays AU$180 / hour + GST

30 Minute increments

Examples of Remote Hands service include

• Pushing a button / Switching a toggle
• Power cycling equipment
• Swapping tapes
• Securing cabling to connections
• Typing commands in a keyboard console
• Observing and describing information on monitors
• Selecting items with a mouse
• Mounting equipment
• Escorting people to shared rack space
